Resolution 2022-02 approves a one-time policy for resolving delinquent customer sewer accounts, relying on Ordinance No. 1438, introduced December 7, 2021.

Effective February 2022, Ordinance No. 1438 transfers the responsibility of sewer bill payment to owners when tenants do not pay bills, subjecting delinquent amounts to assessment and lien if owners do not pay the amounts due.
